Privacy policy

Uploaded files

Files are received by the server, converted and discarded right after. They are not stored permanently, not published in any gallery and not used to train models of any kind. We cannot recover a file after conversion.

Personal data

There is no sign-up, login, email or payment on this site. We do not collect name, address, phone or card details. There is no user account to be leaked.

Storage in your browser

We use only sessionStorage, which lives in the browser tab and disappears when you close it, to remember two trivial things:

• that you dismissed the notice bar at the top;
• that the exit invitation has already appeared once.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, completed conversions and clicks that go out to the partner. Measurement is anonymous and aggregated: we do not send your file name, its contents or any data that identifies you. GA4 writes its own cookies in your browser so the same visit is not counted twice.

Server logs

The web server keeps technical access logs — IP address, date and time, page requested and browser — as any server does. They exist to run the site, size capacity and spot abuse, not to build a profile of anyone.

Links to the partner

Links to NEO 3D Print carry campaign parameters (UTM) that say only that the visit came from iLoveSTL and from which page. No data of yours, nor the uploaded file, travels with them. From the click onward, their site's privacy policy applies.

External resources

Fonts come from Google Fonts and the 3D viewer library comes from a public CDN. When loading those files, your browser hands those services your IP address and browser, as happens on any site that uses external resources.

Your rights

Since we keep no personal data and no files, there is nothing to correct, export or delete on request. If you have any question about it, reach us through the contact channel.
